Canaanites and Pelasgians Dominated Mediterranean Submerged Cities Menouthis Heraklion

Why the submerged cities of Menouthis and Heraklion off the coast of Egypt near Alexandria were so named is a mystery, those cities obscure in history, few references, who named those cities?

During the Ice Age when they were built, the progeny of Canaan were sailing all over Mediterranean, the progeny of Peleg too, so plausible is that Menouthis was named for Mneseus, brother of Atlas and son of Sidon (Posidon), while Herakles was the pelasgian Hercle, so Heraklion perhaps named for Peleg.
