Barack Obama’s Supreme Court Justice Nominee Sonia Sotomayor Republican Judiciary Committee Response Strategy Reaction John Cornyn Texas Fred Barnes National Review Reverse Racist Affirmative Action Judicial Activism Self Confessed Policymaker Legislating from the High Court Bench Sonia Sotomayor Selection Barack Obama Congressional Debate Exposing True Philosophy of Government

Don’t be surprised if the Republicans contest Barack Obama’s nomination of judge Sonia Sotomayor for Supreme Court Justice, on the grounds that she’s a reverse racist, having ruled against white firefighters (and a latino) in Connecticutt who had sued because they weren’t rightly promoted based on their job advancement scores, which were better than their black associates, and so, Sotomayor (as federal district court of appeals judge) ruled that nobody should be advanced if the blacks couldn’t pass the test.  Clearly reverse racism in her ruling, Sotomayor’s ruling which will soon be rightly overturned by the Supreme Court, with her not serving on it I hope.

Republican senator John Cornyn of Texas, on the senate judiciary committee, is asking if the self-confessed judicial activist, Sotomayor, will continue seeking to change government law from her judicial bench, known as legislating (really Congress’s job) from the judicial bench, in violation of the U. S. Constitution which stipulates that judges shall apply the law to individual cases, not judge and change the law, which is the job of the elected members of Congress, the legislature.

The symbol for justice is the blindfolded lady holding the scales of justice, showing the federal intent that the law applies to all, no matter what they look like or believe, not what Sonia Sotomayor upholds, so she might be fiercely contested by the Republicans in the Senate, to expose the true philosophy of Barack Obama, with his first, and extremely liberal, supreme court justice nominee, who seeks favoritism by color, and circumventing Congress by creating law from her bench.  Very bad for America.

And if you still believe that the intelligent designer of the Bible did not create the universe, then be sure to review the explanation in article #2 at http://IceAgeCivilizations.com, to see how the ancients actually measured the earth by its wobble rate, at 72 years/degree, not what you’ll be learning in the government schools of the hardcore leftists such as Obama and Sotomayor.
