    Ruins of Stone Walls Stairs Submerged on Ampere Seamount in Atlantic of Atlas’s Brother Ampheres

    That ruins of walls, stairs, and other stonework were discovered in the 1970’s by Andrei Aksyonov on the what is now called the Ampere Seamount (275 miles southwest of Portugal) could have been the reason it was given that name, in remembrance of the land of Ampheres, a brother of Atlas and grandson of Posidon, Sidon who was a son of Canaan.
