Reason Three Inch Difference Common vs. Royal Cubit Both Supposedly Elbow to Fingertip is Secrecy

The common ancient cubit of about 18 inches is the length of the span between an average man’s elbow and fingertip, yet the royal measure of almost 21 inches was called the same, but the greater length of the royal cubit, and saying it too is the length from elbow to fingertip, is because the method used to calculate the length for the royal cubit was kept secret, valuable knowledge, that it’s a subdivision of the radius length of the earth, measured by the earth’s axial precession rate of 72 years/degree.
